Email support@nami-labs.com. A response time is not guaranteed, but specific, reproducible reports are the most useful for maintaining the tools.

What to include

• The tool name and public page address.
• What you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• Non-sensitive example inputs, the units or options selected, and your browser/device type when relevant.

Protect sensitive information

Do not send credentials, private payloads, access tokens, full payment-card details, personal information, or confidential business data. For Payload Guard, reproduce the issue with invented values or already-sanitized JSON.

Payment questions

For a duplicate or unauthorized voluntary-support payment, include the payment date, amount, and the non-sensitive receipt or transaction reference supplied by Stripe. Never send a full card number or account credential. Mandatory legal rights and remedies are not waived.
